No — our plaques are handmade tribute awards inspired by the iconic YouTube Play Button design. They are not licensed or endorsed by YouTube. They're a way to celebrate your milestone in a physical, display-worthy way.

Message us as soon as possible after ordering — if production hasn't started yet, we can update it. Once dispatched, we're unable to make changes, so it's worth double-checking your details at checkout.

Three sizes: A5 (Desk Display), A4 (Statement Display — our most gifted size), and A3 (Studio Centrepiece). Not sure which to choose? Go one size up — nobody has ever wished their plaque was smaller.

Every plaque is handmade to order, so please allow 2–4 working days for dispatch. Delivery times may vary during busy periods — if you need it for a specific date, message us before ordering and we'll do our best to help.

Currently we ship within the UK only.

Absolutely — most of our orders are gifts. We dispatch in careful, gift-ready packaging and can include a personalised message if you let us know in your order notes.
